Internship opportunity

Role: Confidential Aerospace Tech — R&D Intern (Course-required placement). This remote/onsite educational placement supports early development of space-tech software systems — simulation, control systems, and mission data handling.

What you'll do

Design and test prototype software modules for space-tech R&D
Execute and analyse simulation tests
Document processes, results, and technical challenges
Contribute to research and design reviews

You bring

Interest in aerospace, robotics, or simulation technologies
Understanding of software or control systems development
Strong documentation and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely

Duration: Flexible, part-time (6–8 weeks minimum)
Type: Remote, unpaid educational placement (course-required)
Eligibility: Current UK FE/HE students whose course requires a placement
Confidentiality: NDA required before technical materials are shared
Outcome: Certificate of completion + reference
