Aerospace Division

A small British company
refusing to think small.

SOURCE MOOSE LTD is building an aerospace lane that does not yet exist: founder‑driven R&D, long‑term lunar symbolism, and launch concepts designed to make us a statistical anomaly in UK aerospace history.

Mission

To carve a new lane in UK aerospace by designing founder‑driven launch concepts, and engineering programs that would traditionally be considered “not for companies of your size.”

What we do

Engineering the statistically improbable

SOURCE MOOSE LTD focuses on long‑term aerospace R&D rather than short‑term hype. We prioritise:

  • First‑principles rocket and propulsion thinking
  • British‑designed mission concepts and identity
  • Lunar‑symbolic objectives with real engineering backing
  • Blueprints for future leadership to inherit and extend
Why it matters

A new British aerospace identity

The UK has world‑class talent but few founder‑led aerospace stories. SOURCE MOOSE LTD exists to become a statistical anomaly: a company that starts small, thinks in decades, and leaves a mark on the Moon.

The Impossible Department™

The internal aerospace R&D division responsible for everything that should not be possible for a small British company — and yet will be.

Mandate

If it breaks precedent, we build it.

The Impossible Department™ leads the work that traditional structures would reject on sight: unconventional propulsion ideas, lunar‑symbolic mission planning, and long‑horizon engineering programs designed for future CEOs to inherit.

Operating principles

  • 1. If it’s improbable, investigate it.
  • 2. If it’s unprecedented, prototype it.
  • 3. If it’s impossible, schedule it.

Programs & Internal Projects

Early‑stage, founder‑driven programs that define the long‑term aerospace roadmap for SOURCE MOOSE LTD

Internal

Project ANOMALY

An internal study into how a single founder can statistically outperform an entire industry’s expectations through discipline, structure, and long‑term planning.

Project VIPER ROCKET PROTOTYPE

VIPER Rocket designs are current TRADE SECERET(s) but in near future will apply for patent.

Paid Internship — 2027/2028

The Impossible Department will offer one paid internship position in 2027/2028. This role is funded personally by the founder and is intended for someone who wants genuine, hands-on experience inside a small, disciplined, long-term studio environment.

The intern will work directly on real production tasks and learn our internal workflows, tools, and creative processes. This is not a token internship — it is a single, focused opportunity for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully and grow alongside the early stages of our work.

Further details will be announced closer to the application window.

Roadmap & Legacy Timeline

This is not a five‑year exit plan. It is a multi‑decade legacy plan designed to outlive the founding CEO.

2025–+ — Foundation & R&D
Establish aerospace division identity, refine first‑principles research, document internal programs, and stabilise founder workflows.
2026 — UKSA Resubmission & Funding Discussions
Continued engagement with government programmes and alternative funding pathways.
2027/2028 — Paid Internship & Patent Filing
One paid internship position funded personally by the founder. Finalisation and submission of long‑term IP filings.
2029–2034 — Patent Granting & Pitching
Examination, refinement, and eventual granting of core IP. Strategic pitching and early‑stage partnerships.
2035–2040 — Prototype Development
Early hardware, internal testing, and long‑term engineering milestones.
